Join Wanderoots on this special morning of August 22nd where we welcome families and young children for a special forest therapy hour. Step into the woods and breathe. Our family forest therapy walk is a guided experience designed for young children and the grown-ups who love them- a rare morning where curiosity leads the way. Little ones will be guided through mindful activities that invite them to slow down and truly notice. And while the children explore and wonder, you can slow down, rest your mind, feel the ground beneath your feet, and remember what it feels like to be unhurried. No agenda, no screens, just the forest doing what it does best.
